Aaron ben Meshullam ben Jacob of Lunel was a prominent Jewish scholar who lived in the late 12th century. Active in Lunel, France, he was part of a notable family, being one of the five sons of Meshullam ben Jacob. His work focused on Jewish ritual and law, and he authored a book on Dinim, which was later referenced by other scholars.

Aaron ben Meshullam's writings and decisions were respected by his contemporaries and later generations. His nephew, Rabbi Meshullam, quoted his interpretations in the "Sefer ha-Hashlamah" and referred to him as "ḥakam," acknowledging his broad knowledge. Additionally, the author of the "Sefer Asufot" cited passages from his book on Dinim. Aaron ben Meshullam was also a proponent of promoting scientific literacy among Jewish intellectuals, reflecting his commitment to the advancement of knowledge within his community. He passed away around 1210, leaving behind a legacy as a respected Jewish ritualist and scholar.
