Felix Ehrenhaft

Felix Ehrenhaft was a renowned Austrian physicist born in 1879, whose work spanned multiple disciplines, including atomic physics and astronomy. His research focused on the measurement of electrical charges and the optical properties of metal colloids, yielding significant contributions to the field. Ehrenhaft's approach to physics was characterized by a maverick style, often challenging conventional wisdom and sparking controversy among his peers.

Throughout his career, Ehrenhaft's unorthodox approach earned him both criticism and admiration. The philosopher Paul Feyerabend, in particular, held Ehrenhaft's iconoclastic stance in high regard.
