Dina Sfat was a Brazilian actress of Polish Jewish descent, born to immigrant parents. Her career in film spanned over two decades, during which she appeared in a total of 46 films and television shows. She began her on-screen career in 1966 and continued to work in the industry until 1989. In addition to her film work, Sfat also had a presence in theater, participating in 19 performances between 1963 and 1986.
Sfat's personal life was also marked by her connection to the acting world. She was married to fellow actor Paulo José, with whom she had three daughters, including Bel Kutner and Ana Kutner, who followed in their parents' footsteps to become actresses. Her work in television was notable, with appearances in 16 TV soap operas from 1966 to 1988. Her last recorded soap opera appearance was in "Baby on Board," which aired on TV Globo in 1988.
